EEAS New Organisation Chart (securitycommunity.eu)

A new organisation chart for the European External Action Service (EEAS) is available. Changes to the provisional chart include among others the addition of the Foreign Policy Instruments Service, a service of the European Commission reporting directly to HRVP Ashton. The Service is directed by Tung Lai Margue from Luxembourg. Furthermore on the new chart the crisis management structures are connected with the Strategic Communication cell under the responsibility of MsAshton.
